Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.

  • Returns are not accepted for hats showing signs of wear, sweat, or damage.


Exchanges

  • Need a different style or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days.

  • Exchanges are processed once your original item is received and inspected.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is approved.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or a product with a defect, contact us within 7 days at support@howellbrand.com. We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement right away.


How to Start a Return

  2. Let us know if you’d like a refund or exchange.

  3. We’ll provide return instructions and next steps.


Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless defective/incorrect).

  • Howell Brand is not liable for returns lost in transit without tracking.

  • Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.
