You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.

Returns are not accepted for hats showing signs of wear, sweat, or damage.
Exchanges

Need a different style or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days.

Exchanges are processed once your original item is received and inspected.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is approved.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or a product with a defect, contact us within 7 days at support@howellbrand.com. We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement right away.
